Q: What is the minimum size of the order?
A: The minimum order size is always 1000 pieces, depending on the box style. For more complex premium boxes or boxes with multiple designs/colors, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) can be less.
Q: How long is your production time?
A: Our production time is 15-20 days, depending on quantity and quality. During our busiest season from November to December, lead times may be slightly longer. Once we confirm your bulk order, you will receive an estimated shipping date from our specialists.
Q: Can you help me with complex box manufacture?
A: We have a professional team with rich experience in paper box design and manufacturing. We can help you with your design and logo, and create a dieline file. We also offer professional advice for customized needs.
Q: Will I receive a sample before the bulk order?
A: Yes, sure. We offer 3 types of samples for your inspection.
1) Samples in stock
They are free. You can check the sample for the material, process, and box style.
2) Dummies
They are also free. It takes 3-5 days to get ready. It is made with specification size and box style but without printing. You can check the sample for size, material, and box style.
3) Sample with custom printing
You’ll receive a sample proof with your logo & design. It takes about 7-10 days to get ready. There is a sample fee charged, which can be refunded if you order more than 3000 pieces.
